Job Description For DMart Jobs 2020 :

• As an Assistant store manager, You will be responsible for opening or closing store based on the shift.
• You will have to conduct Daily/Weekly meetings and briefing.
• You will have to develop a strategy for implementation of manpower plan.
• You will be do recruitment of Sales Associates, packer, cashiers, housekeeping & security staff.
• You will do induction of new joiness and provide them a training.
• You will coach & guide a team members.
• You will conduct monthly reviews and share Feedback, prepare development action plan.
• You must ensure about the performance standard, discipline & grooming standards are maintained.
• Applicants will have to analyse and study various report and conduct floor walk.
• You must ensure about the Timely vendor payment.
• You also ensure about the preventive maintenance.
• You will conduct Dry Run for critical equipment.
• Applicants Lead the Emergency Response Team and organize them Fire Mock Drill every month.
• You will conduct training on fire safety.
• You will do the design strategy for Pilferage Control.
• You will follow strong room process at opening and closing.
• You will must ensure proper function of Customer Service .
• You will be supervise availability of Trolleys, Baskets & bags.
